The HEALTH team is comprised of volunteers who share a dedication to improving the health and well-being of homeless patients in Dane County, Wisconsin. The HEALTH Program also employs a full-time mobile nurse with extensive case management experience.
HEALTH program volunteers have diverse backgrounds and skill sets, including physicians, nurses, social workers, case managers, nurse practitioners, administrators, optometrists, dentists, information systems specialists, physician assistants, physical therapists and occupational therapists.
